Rex Clinic Hotel

The premises are located on the ground floor and first floor of the building. The area of the basement was divided by an additional construction already carried out in three parts. One part is exploited as a medical

treatment center, another part involves the spa area and the third part is exploited as a kitchen and dining area. The above three parts are accessible separately from the outside, so that the possibility of single use for day visitors there.

The vertical development of the clinic is unfortunately given only by stairs, so accessibility is no given. The installation of a lift is not permitted due to the historic walls. Possibility is given by cultivation on the east side of the building.
